Do you need to provide us with your personal data?

We require you to provide the following personal data in order for us to enter into and perform a contract with you:

  • with regard to a request for rectification: you notice that your data is incorrect or incomplete;
  • with regard to a request for erasure of data: Your data will no longer be necessary for the purposes for which they were collected by you withdraw your consent to the processing of your data; you object to the processing of your data; your data will be processed unlawfully; your data should be deleted in order to comply with an obligation arising from a legal provision or your data was collected in connection with the provision of electronic services offered to your child;
  • in relation to a request for restriction of data processing: you note that your data is incorrect, you may request that the processing of your data be restricted for a period enabling us to verify its accuracy; your data is unlawfully processed but you do not wish it to be deleted; we no longer need your data, but you may need it in order to defend or assert your claims; or you object to the processing of your data until such time as it is established that the legitimate grounds on our side override the grounds for the objection;
  • in relation to a request for data portability: the processing of your data is based on your consent or a contract concluded with you and where the processing is carried out by automated means.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when:

  • the processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by the particular situation in which you find yourself;
  • your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, including being profiled for that purpose.

Who do we share your personal data with?

We share your personal data with entities that support us in providing electronic services, i.e. those that provide payment services, perform consulting or auditing services, support users, support promotion of offers, cooperate in marketing campaigns. We may provide your personal information to public authorities fighting fraud and abuse.

How long do we keep your personal information?

We store your personal data for the duration of the contract concluded with you and also after its termination for the purposes of:

  • asserting claims in connection with the performance of the contract;
  • performing the obligations arising from legal regulations, including in particular tax and accounting regulations;
  • preventing fraud and abuse;
  • statistical and archiving purposes;
  • for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of completion of the contract.

We keep your personal data for marketing purposes for the duration of the contract or until you object to such processing, whichever occurs first.In case of organizing loyalty programs, contests and promotional campaigns in which you may participate, we will process your data for their duration and the period of settlement of prize giving.

For the purpose of accountability, i.e. to prove compliance with the regulations concerning the processing of personal data, we will store your data for the period in which is obliged to retain the data or documents containing them in order to document compliance with legal requirements and to enable control of their fulfillment by public authorities.

Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?
